Join Certified Baptiste Educator Melinda Luksch for 2 hours of fun, headstands, handstands set to explicit tunes. In this workshop, you'll gain real tools to elevate your headstand AND handstand practice and learn the key elements required to hold your body upside-down... all while enjoying some explicit lyrics that'll add some spice to the room. 

No prior handstanding experience necessary, just a few solid All Levels Flow classes under your belt and the willingness to learn, support others and be supported (in an environment with risqué music and occasional swearing).
