Class Descriptions:
All classes are all-levels. Poses and movements can be modified to fit different fitness levels, abilities, and goals.
Power Flow Strong. Focused. Energizing.
Power Flow is a dynamic, full-body practice designed to build strength, endurance, and presence. You'll move, sweat, breathe, and have an increased opportunity for (optional) arm balances and inversions.
This class is for:
-Building real, usable strength
-Clearing your mind through movement
-Creating momentum and power in your practice and life
Options are always offered. This class is purposefully all-levels.
26/2 is a traditional, set sequence that builds from one pose to the next. It is designed to build strength, balance, and resilience through repetition and consistency. You'll move through 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises giving you the chance to focus, settle in, and work with what shows up.
This class is great if you want:
-A predictable, structured practice
-Time to concentrate and go inward
-A powerful way to get centered
This class is great if you do not want:
-Any weight bearing on your wrists or shoulders
-Quick movement
Power + Restore Strong effort. Intentional ease.
Power + Restore begins with focused breath and a strong flow designed to build heat, clear your mind, and drop you into a moving meditation that ends with deeply nourishing restorative and grounding rest.
Expect a powerful way to encounter yourself through a connection of your breath and movement.
This class is for you if you:
-Like to work hard and leave feeling integrated
-Are ready to create a balance with strength and ease
Slow Flow Intentional. Grounded. Steady.
Slow Flow is a chance to move with awareness and build strength without rushing. Expect thoughtful transitions, longer holds, and time to feel what you're doing.
This class is great if you want to:
-Slow things down without stopping
-Build stability and control
-Leave feeling grounded and clear
Yoga Sculpt blends Yoga, light (optional) weights, and functional movement to build strength and endurance- without losing the breath or the focus.
This class is for you if you want:
-Strength training with intention
-A solid workout that still feels grounded
-An approachable and challenging way to change up your Yoga practice
Restore is a slow and quiet practice focused on rest, release, and nervous system regulation. The experience may include elements of Yin yoga, meditation, Yoga Nidra, and restorative yoga.
This class is ideal when you:
-Feel depleted or over stimulated
-Need rest that actually works
-Want to leave feeling deeply grounded
-Want to explore your inner space with support
Yoga Nidra a practice often called "yogic sleep." Yoga Nidra is practiced in physical deep rest while the mind stays gently aware.
This class is for you if you:
-Want both movement and deep rest
-Need to clear mental clutter
-Would like a practice to explore your inner space
Breathwork An expansive practice that starts with a grounding meditation, then shifts into a deep, rhythmic breath that emphasizes the inhale. This practice allows you to intentionally explore emotions and release tension while fostering a personal and intuitive experience on your mat. The practice finishes with a deep, slow breath to invite peace and expansion. Expect to leave with increased confidence, clarity, and a deeper connection to your inner self. Bring intentions, but no expectations.

60 minute private classes for up to 2 people starting at $125
Larger groups such as corporate classes, parties and events are also avaible on location or in studio.
