Join Kim at CDA Power for a 90 minute workshop focusing on foundation and fundamentals of handstands and inversions for such postures as crow pose, headstand, and handstand. This workshop is unique in that it does not simply teach you how to do the posture but also how to incorporate what you have learned into your yoga flow.
With the help of progressive instruction, props, and practice, you will learn to:
Activate the proper muscles to attain safety in alignment for your body
Transition into and out of handstands and inversions
Breath while on your hands and upside down
