During this 90 minute class, you will create a balance of effort, ease and grace in your body through vinyasa and Yin yoga practiced in a comfortably warm, candlelit room.
The first part of class will focus on deliberate slow flow grounded in alignment principles designed to help you focus, unwind and prepare your body for the art of stillness. Yin Yoga, the second part of class, is a quiet, contemplative practice of surrendering. Poses are held for 2-5 minutes allowing you to tap into the connective tissues of your hips, thighs, pelvis and lower spine to overall increase vitality of the body and breath.
Refresh, restore and renew.
Wear comfortable clothes you can move freely in, and bring a firm pillow (throw to standard size will work).
