Join Kim for a 60 minute all-levels workshop “All About Crow”. Crow pose is considered the entrance into arm balances. It is crucial to approach this posture correctly for your body alignment to avoid injury and build strength effectively and efficiently! You will learn foundation, alignment, exit and entrance transitions, variations available to your skill level, modifications, and core drills. You will leave with more confidence in your ability and a handout for your reference.
