Class Descriptions:

All Levels Flow is an energizing class that will leave you feeling rinsed and revitalized. Connect breath with movement and tap into your power during this heated (90 degrees) vinyasa practice based on Baron Baptiste’s Journey into Power sequence.

Power Flow Power flow is an all levels upbeat vinyasa class. You will flow breath and movement in a heated (90 degrees) room to find the power of balancing ease and strength in the body and the mind, with increased opportunity for arm balances and inversions.

Yoga Strong Uplevel your Power Yoga practice with this fun and fiery class that incorporates vinyasa flow with light dumbbells to build lean muscle, boost metabolism, and leave you in a puddle of your own hard-earned sweat. Gain strength, mobility, and endurance, while connecting your movement with breath, upbeat music, and awesome people.

This class is all-levels, as all poses and movements can be modified to fit different fitness levels, abilities, and goals.

Mellow Flow Unwind, Restore, Renew. Mellow Flow is our cooler and slower paced alternative to All Levels Flow. This class starts with Journey Into Power flow with slower transitions and finishes with Yin Yoga where postures are held for longer periods. The more gentle nature of this class is great for beginners and also wonderful for intermediate students who want to slow it down and sink deeper into their practice. Room is lightly heated to 80 degrees. 

Yin Yoga Yin yoga is all about taking it very slow and gentle, so you can relax and let go.
Yin is a non-heated, gentle yoga class that pays special attention to the lower back and hips as these areas often require extra care. Yin holds passive stretching poses for approximately three minutes on the ground in a sitting or lying down position often with props, so you can find ease not only physically but also mentally.

Relieve tension, improve flexibility, stretch both deep connective tissue between muscles and the fascia throughout the body, increase circulation, and experience a calming and mindful practice.

Yin is the perfect addition to your Power Yoga or training routine.

Restorative Yoga Cultivate mindfulness and release tension from your body in this midday Restorative Yoga class. Slow paced healing poses and relaxing meditation with calming breathe exercises focused on creating real-life flexible strength, stabilization, and full-body integration. Following the natural laws of the body, which dictate balance and counterbalance, control and surrender, pose and repose, modification and acceleration. You will get all the benefits of the more traditional methods while still leaving room for creativity and fun in this restorative asana practice that encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.
~You are welcome to bring your own bolsters, blankets, blocks, etc. for supported asanas. All of these items are available in our retail space. We have a limited supply for community use.

Restorative Flow Restorative Flow is a very slow paced, deeply nourishing practice that will connect you to your breath and relax tension in your mind and body.

This all-levels class will begin with flowing, intentional movement, and transition into deeper holds and stretches, and finish with a short meditation.

This class is great for anyone who needs relaxation and slowing down, especially those requiring a more gentle practice, modifications, those recovering from injury, or those with limited mobility.

Kids Yoga These one hour classes will set your kid(s) up for success both physically and mentally. They will gain strength, encourage healthy habits, enhance your child’s focus and concentration, build body awareness, acceptance, and confidence, as well as create stronger balance and coordination skills. They will learn growth mindset, relationship, and goal setting strategies, AND become a part of our already awesome community!

Private Assisted Stretch You will receive Kim’s personal expertise in stretching and mobility as she moves you in and out of stretches specific for your needs in the privacy of CDA Power Yoga. Kim combines her undergraduate education in exercise science with an emphasis in exercise physiology with her over 30 years within the fitness and wellness profession including yoga, thai yoga stretching, gymnastics, training professional athletes, and personal training to bring you not only relief from stress, muscle and joint pain, but also more mobility and ease.

You simply relax and enjoy while Kim moves you into a stretch and allows your body to benefit to its full potential. Kim can focus on the body as a whole or focus on areas that need special attention due to injury, tightness, overuse, or simple fatigue.

Prenatal Yoga Our Prenatal Class offers an accessible but powerful practice, that strengthens your body, the home for your baby, and brings ease to your mind as you grow in the upcoming months on your journey into motherhood. Connecting your breath to your movement, you will gain tools to help you through your pregnancy up until your special day no matter what your birth experience is. Whether you are starting your practice or continuing with your new addition , we welcome you and your growing baby to a safe environment where you are free to move for your body, mind, and spirit. This is a non-heated class and props are available for use or purchase.

60 minute private classes for up to 2 people starting at $75
Larger groups such as corporate classes, parties and events are also avaible on location or in studio.
